Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the ADVA waitlist. We keep it short because we only collect what we need to tell you when ADVA opens.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address.
- The type of business you run, if you choose to tell us.
- A record of your consent: the date and time, the wording you agreed to (“Email me about ADVA early access and product updates. I can unsubscribe at any time.”), and which form you used.
- If you arrived from one of our ads or links, the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source), so we know which campaigns are useful.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use your email to tell you about ADVA early access and send occasional product updates. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we sent before.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted by Vercel. Waitlist signups are collected with Google Forms and stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, and our emails are sent with [email tool used to send updates]. These providers act only on our instructions. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop running the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [privacy@your-domain]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser doesn't contact Google when you visit.
